cider & H&H SAUSAGE SAMPLING EVENT feb 2nd

We got the chance to hung out with Christy from Schilling Cider! As every sampling event we host; we created a new H&H Sausage with their Blackberry Pear Hard Cider! It included Salt Pepper, Pineapple & Habanero blended into a pork sausage! All of the customers absolutely loved the flavor combinations paried with the ciders. We had over 6 different hard cider sampling varieties! (Guava Lemonade, Blackberry Pear, Mango, Apple & many others!)

Wine & H&H Sausage Event Jan 26th

We’ll be hanging out with Breakthru Beverage, while they sample out some great wines; we’ll be cooking up sausages right alongside them! We created a new H&H made sausage with one of their wines! This will be our 10th New Sausage we’ve created with them! Check us out every Thursday from 5-7pm for free samples!

OYSTER & CHAMPAGNE SAMPLING EVENT JAN 19TH

This event featured over 6 different wine & champagne samples provided by Breakthru Beverage! We’ll also created a H&H made sausage with 1 of the wines! Also, our great friends over at Seattle Fish Company also attended the event; shucking fresh, delicious oysters! Oysters are also for sale in the Fresh Seafood case located by the Butchershop!
